dc.description | The objective of this Curricular Integration Work was to establish the impact of the teaching profile on the educational quality of the Juan E. Verdesoto School of Basic Education. The methodology used was the quantitative and qualitative approach, a type of documentary research with an experimental design. The population was made up of 88 students at the institutional level and the sample that was implemented was census-type, which allowed us to cover the total of 36 students who make up the fifth year of parallel EGB “B”. The technique was the survey that used as an instrument a questionnaire composed of 10 questions with the structure of the Likert Scale. The background and theoretical bases that were used in the associated classrooms were presented, and it was also possible to identify the lack of training of teachers when carrying out the teaching process. For this reason, it is suggested that in all educational institutions a diagnosis and impact be made on the profile of educational quality, before, during and after a new management management, determining compliance with quality standards, generating a good organization of professional viability. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente Trabajo de Integración Curricular tuvo como objetivo establecer la incidencia del perfil docente en la calidad educativa de la Escuela de Educación Básica Juan E. Verdesoto. La metodología que se empleó fue el enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, tipo de investigación documental con un diseño experimental. La población estuvo conformada 88 estudiantes a nivel institucional y la muestra que se implementó es de tipo censal la que permitió abarcar el total de 36 estudiantes que conforman el quinto año de EGB paralelo “B”. La técnica fue la encuesta que utilizó como instrumento un cuestionario compuesto de 10 interrogantes con la estructura de la Escala de Likert. Se expusieron los antecedentes, las bases teóricas que se emplearon en las aulas asociadas, asimismo, se logró identificar la falta de capacitación de los docentes al momento de llevar a cabo el proceso de enseñanza. Por esta razón, se sugiere que en todas las instituciones educativas se haga un diagnóstico e incidencia sobre el perfil de la calidad educativa, antes, durante y después de una nueva gestión directiva, determinando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad generando una buena organización de la viabilidad profesional. | es_ES |
