The main objective of the study is to propose a specific program aimed at these students to improve their vocational orientation by recognizing and addressing the influence of family dynamics on their choices. The research is based on a mixed approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The Family Functioning Questionnaire (FF-SIL) and the CIPSA Professional Interests Questionnaire were used to evaluate the family functioning and vocational preferences of the students. The results revealed that approximately 50% of the families studied were in the "Dysfunctional" category, indicating communication problems and interpersonal conflicts in these family dynamics. In addition, it was observed that 40% of the students showed a strong interest in fields related to medicine and healthcare. Consequently, the thesis concludes by highlighting the importance of developing a specific program that recognizes the influence of family functionality on vocational guidance. This program provides practical tools to improve students' career orientation by addressing dysfunctional family dynamics, thus offering a solid and realistic foundation for their future career decisions.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa tesis titulada "Incidencia de la Funcionalidad Familiar en la Orientación Vocacional de los Estudiantes de 3ro de Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa '29 de Agosto'" se enfoca en la influencia crucial que ejerce la funcionalidad familiar en las decisiones vocacionales de los estudiantes de tercer año de bachillerato. El objetivo principal del estudio es proponer un programa específico dirigido a estos estudiantes para mejorar su orientación vocacional al reconocer y abordar la influencia de la dinámica familiar en sus elecciones. La investigación se basa en un enfoque mixto, combinando métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos para proporcionar una comprensión completa del tema. Se utilizaron el Cuestionario de Funcionamiento Familiar (FF-SIL) y el Cuestionario de Intereses Profesionales CIPSA para evaluar la funcionalidad familiar y las preferencias vocacionales de los estudiantes. Los resultados revelaron que aproximadamente el 50% de las familias estudiadas se encontraban en la categoría "Disfuncional", indicando problemas de comunicación y conflictos interpersonales en estas dinámicas familiares. Además, se observó que el 40% de los estudiantes mostraron un fuerte interés en campos relacionados con la medicina y la sanidad. En consecuencia, la tesis concluye destacando la importancia del desarrollo de un programa específico que reconozca la influencia de la funcionalidad familiar en la orientación vocacional. Este programa proporciona herramientas prácticas para mejorar la orientación vocacional de los estudiantes al abordar las dinámicas familiares disfuncionales, ofreciendo así una base sólida y realista para sus futuras decisiones profesionales.es_ES
