| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo profesional docente en un tema de suma importancia en lo que será la vida académica del estudiante ya que un buen desarrollo optimizara las áreas en las que los docentes llegan a tener dificultades así como también ayudara a su crecimiento laboral y profesional mediante un correcto desarrollo profesional el cual será beneficioso no solo para ellos di no también para los estudiantes ya que los docentes tendrán un mejor desenvolvimiento en el aula de clase y un mejor dominio en el proceso de enseñanza el cual es una base importante en la comunicación docente alumno la cual se verá positivamente afectada ya que se buscara un mejor entendimiento de los conocimientos aprendidos con los alumnos y el docente se sentirá realizado, mediante un desarrollo profesional acorde no coló los estudiantes, padre, maestros saldrán beneficiados si no también consigue la institución educativa en la que labora ya que dicha institución se verá afectada por el esfuerzo de sus docentes y los resultados arrogados de sus estudiantes mediante a evaluación de conocimientos, el proceso de enseñanza cambia día a día y seguir a la par con diferentes técnicas y métodos de enseñanza puede ser un camino difícil para los docentes, no obstante no es una tarea imposible, ya que hoy en día existen una gran variedad de cursos para que los docentes se informen de las nuevas técnicas y como poder aplicarlas la cual será de ayuda al ambiente áulico de la institución. | es_ES |
