dc.descriptionThe present research work has been developed with the purpose of defining how emotional intelligence and its strengthening in the PEA of students in 5th year of EGB of the UE "Emigdio Esparza Moreno" Babahoyo canton, Los Ríos province, lacks emotional skills that motivate the student. Emotional Intelligence considering the adequate development that will allow people to provide them with multiple capabilities and skills to solve problems, to learn to coexist with them without falling into a state of emotional crisis. It guarantees the obligation and needs of the learner and the current environment, for this reason the respective research made it possible to investigate the strengthening of the PEA and the application of virtual workshops to promote academic excellence in students. We worked with a theoretical framework based on the variables of study, in addition we took into account the problems that were manifested in the educational unit, we implemented surveys to teachers and students, obtaining as a result a visible problem within the respective institution, since the development of emotional intelligence is not encouraged, by teaching classes with a traditional mode constantly using the same teaching techniques. Likewise, it could be evidenced that the students do not maintain their capacities in development. The event of the inquiry consists of designing a proposal of mediation of workshops that makes it possible to promote the development of emotional intelligence through the basic level with pleasant tasks, which facilitates the teaching-learning in the different subjects.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación ha sido desarrollado con el propósito de definir cómo la Inteligencia emocional y su fortalecimiento en el PEA de los estudiantes de 5to año de EGB de la UE “Emigdio Esparza Moreno” cantón Babahoyo, provincia Los Ríos, carece de habilidades emocionales que motiven al estudiante. La Inteligencia emocional considerando el adecuado desarrollo que permitirá a las personas dotarlas de múltiples capacidades y habilidades para resolver problemas, que aprendan a convivir con ellos sin caer un estado de crisis emocional. Garantiza a la obligación y necesidades del educando y del entorno actual, por esta razón la respectiva investigación posibilito investigar el fortalecimiento en el PEA y la aplicación de talleres virtuales para favorecer la excelencia académica en los estudiantes. Se trabajó con un marco teórico basado en las variables de estudio, además se tomó en cuenta las problemáticas que se manifestaron en la unidad educativa, se implementaron encuestas a docentes y a estudiantes, obteniendo como consecuencia un problema visible dentro de la respectiva institución, puesto a que no se fomentan el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional, al impartir clases con una modalidad tradicional empleando constantemente las mismas técnicas de enseñanza. Así mismo se pudo evidenciar que los educandos no mantienen en desarrollo sus capacidades. El acontecimiento de la indagación consiste en diseñar una propuesta de mediación de talleres que posibilite fomentar el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional a través del nivel básico con tareas agradable, que facilite la enseñanza-aprendizaje en las diversas materias.es_ES
