La educomunicacion como herramienta alternativa virtual, en los estudiantes de la carrera de Comunicación Social de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo en el periodo mayo-septiembre del 2020

dc.description | This case study was carried out at the Technical University of Babahoyo and was born with the purpose of analyzing Educommunication as an alternative virtual tool applied in eighth “A” students of the social communication career and determining the positive aspects that its implementation offers. In the aforementioned school society, a couple of surveys were carried out with both teachers and students and later a specific analysis was carried out to demonstrate their results. According to the research, it can be observed that Educommunication provides a series of communicational facilities in the student environment, since it allows the use of the resources provided by the Internet to amplify the information immediately and in turn give greater prominence to students and educators. for the correct development of virtual class. However, its implementation unleashed a series of challenges for those who continually adapted to face-to-face teachings. The results obtained from the present study were of great importance, not only for the students and teachers of the aforementioned parallel, but for the community in general that faces this new study methodology. dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso se efectuó en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo y nace con la finalidad de analizar a la Educomunicacion como herramienta alternativa virtual aplicada en los estudiantes de octavo “A” de la carrera de comunicación social y determinar los aspectos positivos que proporcionan su implementación en la sociedad escolar antes mencionada, para ello se ejecutó un par de encuestas tanto a los docentes como a los estudiantes y posteriormente la realización de un análisis puntual que demuestre sus resultados. Según la indagación realizada se observa que la Educomunicacion, como rama de la Comunicación tiene sus pilares en los preceptos conceptuales de Mario Kaplún, quien se ve fuertemente influenciado por las teorías del pedagogo brasileño Paulo Freire, y se determina que esta sub disciplina suministra un sinnúmero de facilidades comunicacionales en el ámbito estudiantil, puesto que permite valerse de los recursos que suministra el Internet para amplificar la información de manera inmediata y a su vez otorgarles mayor preminencia a los educandos y educador para el correcto desarrollo de las clases virtuales. No obstante, su implementación desencadenó una serie de retos para aquellos que continuamente estaban adaptados a las enseñanzas presenciales. Los resultados obtenidos del vigente estudio fueron de gran trascendencia, no solo para los estudiantes y docentes del paralelo antes mencionado, sino para la comunidad en general que se enfrenta a esta nueva metodología de estudio. Ayudando a la concientización de la población en lo que corresponde a la factibilidad de la Educomunicacion como tal. | es_ES |
