dc.descriptionPhysical education in educational institutions are the means to recreate and motivate and guide students towards physical activity, to improve their capacities as it evolves and is complemented in the comprehensive training of students, guaranteeing a healthy life with respect and in harmony with the environment. The objective of this research work is aimed at analyzing how physical education improves psychomotor skills in five-year-old children at the Adolfo María Astudillo school in the city of Babahoyo, for which the potentialities of physical education and the possibilities that can be applied to develop psychomotor skills in 5-year-old boys and girls. For the development of the study, the research methodology was used, composed of the design that expresses its qualitative and cross-sectional approach, then there is the modality that is documentary and field, followed by the type of descriptive research, the methods that are inductive- deductive and analytical-synthetic, data collection techniques such as observation, interview and surveys, applied to a sample of 97 people involved, the results showed that physical education does improve psychomotor skills in boys and girls from 5 years of age and the construction of an exercise guide was proposed to improve the psychomotor skills of five-year-old boys and girls, which is complemented by the budget, the schedule of activities, the bibliography and the annexes.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa educación física en las instituciones educativas son el medio para recrear y motivar y orientar a los estudiantes hacia la actividad física, para mejorar sus capacidades a media que evoluciona y se complementa en la formación integral de los estudiantes, garantizando una vida saludable con respeto y en armonía con el medio ambiente. El objetivo del presente trabajo investigativo se orienta a analizar de qué manera la educación física mejora la Psicomotricidad en los niños de cinco años en la escuela Adolfo María Astudillo de la ciudad de Babahoyo, para lo cual se fundamentó teóricamente las potencialidades de la educación física y las posibilidades que se pueden aplicar para desarrollar las capacidades psicomotrices en niños y niñas de 5 años. Para el desarrollo del estudio se utilizó la metodología de la investigación, compuesta por el diseño que expresa su enfoque cualitativo y transversal, luego se tiene la modalidad que es documental y de campo, seguido del tipo de investigación descriptiva, los métodos que son inductivo- deductivo y analítico-sintético, las técnicas de recolección de datos como la observación, la entrevista y las encuestas, aplicadas a una muestra de 97 involucrados, en los resultados se evidenció que la educación física si mejora las capacidades psicomotrices en los niños y niñas de 5 años de edad y se propuso la construcción de una guía de ejercicios para mejorar la psicomotricidad de los niños y niñas de cinco años, que se complementa con el presupuesto, el cronograma de actividades, la bibliografía y los anexos.es_ES
