dc.description | In the last decade tourism has become one of the important economic bases of the countries since it contributes directly to the development of the national economy, it can be evidenced the growth of the interest of the social, economic and environmental aspects in the inhabitants, becoming an alternative income, which in turn benefits the use of natural and cultural resources in the territories in a sustainable way. Gastronomic tourism as a new trend in the use of resources, encourages them to be managed consciously so as not to harm future generations, creating new production alternatives through clean and transformative mechanisms, recognizing each of the rights, principles and priorities that define the existence and permanence of the elements of nature and the cultural expressions of each of the peoples. One of the main tourist attractions of any country or region for which they are partly known is the gastronomic universe that they can offer through different options in the preparation of typical dishes originating or adapted to the area where they are presented. Part of the development of tourism is due in large part to its gastronomy which stands out above others. Windows has a diversity of traditional dishes that fit the most demanding palates when consumed. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En la última década el turismo se ha convertido en una de las bases económicas importantes de los países ya que aporta de manera directa en el desarrollo de la economía nacional, se puede evidenciar el crecimiento del interés de los aspectos sociales, económicos y ambientales en los habitantes, constituyéndose en una alternativa de ingresos económicos, que a su vez beneficia el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales y culturales existentes en los territorios de una forma sostenible. El turismo gastronómico como nueva tendencia en la utilización de los recursos, incentiva que sean administrados de manera consciente para no perjudicar las generaciones futuras, creando nuevas alternativas de producción a través de mecanismos limpios y transformadores, reconociendo cada uno de los derechos, principios y prioridades que definen la existencia y permanencia de los elementos de la naturaleza y de las expresiones culturales de cada uno de los pueblos. Uno de los principales atractivos turísticos de todo país o región por los que son en parte conocido es el universo gastronómico que pueden brindar a través de las diferentes opciones en las preparaciones de platos típicos originarios o adaptados a la zona donde son presentados. Parte del desarrollo del turismo se deben en gran cantidad a su gastronomía la cual resalta sobre otras. Ventanas cuenta con una diversidad de platos tradicionales que se ajustan a los paladares más exigentes a la hora de ser consumidos. | es_ES |
