dc.description | At present it is planned that the reasons why companies need to be certified with quality is to satisfy the customer in full with the desired level and be on par with competitiveness, so they focus on finding new ways of satisfaction with innovation. Certifications for tourist establishments promote safety and importance, much better now that the TICS for monitoring and processing them are established taking into account ISOO 9001 quality and QUALITY regulations or in turn, certifying stars between 2 and 5 mentions. the time the digital certification is still seen in an unconventional way since it simulates insecurity on the part of the tourist establishments, what is not visualized is that the online method contributes significantly in the labor growth by departments and improves the performance of customer service For this reason, it was implemented as a general objective to design a digital system to promote quality development while minimizing efforts in doing so. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad se tiene previsto que las razones por la cuales las empresas necesitan certificarse con calidad es para satisfacer al cliente en su totalidad con el nivel deseado y estar a la par con la competitividad, por ello se enfocan en buscar nuevas maneras de satisfacción con innovación. Las certificaciones para los establecimientos turísticos promueven seguridad y e importancias, mucho mejor ahora que se establecen las TICS para el seguimiento y procesamiento de las mismas tomando en cuenta calidad ISOO 9001 y normativas QUALITY o a su vez, certificantes de estrellas entre 2 a 5 menciones. En su momento la certificación digital aún se ve de manera no convencional ya que simula inseguridad por parte de los establecimientos turísticos, lo que no se visualiza es que el método online aporta significativamente en el crecimiento laboral por departamentos y mejora el rendimiento de atención al cliente, por ello se implanto como objetivo general diseñar un sistema digital para impulsar el desarrollo de calidad minimizando esfuerzos al hacerlo. | es_ES |
