dc.descriptionIn the elaboration of this research work, we can identify different types of resources with the determination of being able to analyze and find the existing problem within the citizens that has in mind the realization of a social enterprise with the purpose of its development. The main techniques and research tools that will be used to collect information were the survey with your guide the questionnaire, in this way to obtain relevant information which helps to support the problem that manifests itself within the citizens of the Sector of Santa Maria. In the same way, digital media can also carry out advertising or the most appropriate tool today that is Digital Marketing, which consists in carrying out an approach to a product to a service through social networks, which today is the day they can become more sales and thus generate a more relevant development for the inhabitants and people who are willing to undertake. With the application of this research work, it was possible to analyze the positive impact of the digital media with the development of the social entrepreneurship of the inhabitants of the Santa Maria sector.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la elaboración del presente trabajo investigativo, se utilizó diferentes tipos de recursos con la finalidad de poder analizar y encontrar la problemática existente dentro de los ciudadanos que tiene en mente realiza un emprendimiento social con la finalidad de su desarrollo. La principales técnicas y herramientas de investigación que se utilizaron para poder recolectar información fueron la encuesta con su guía el cuestionario, de esta forma de obtuvo información pertinente el cual ayude a sustentar el problema que se manifiesta dentro de los ciudadanos del Sector de Santa María. De igual forma los medios de comunicación digital sirven también para realizar publicidad o la herramienta más adecuada hoy en día que es el Marketing digital lo cual consiste en realizar un enfoque a un producto a un servicio mediante las redes sociales, lo que comúnmente hoy en día pueden convertirse en más ventas y así generar un desarrollo más pertinente para los habitantes y las personas que están dispuestas a emprender. Con la aplicación de este trabajo de investigación se pudo analizar el impacto positivo que tienen los medios de comunicación digital con el desarrollo del emprendimiento social de los habitantes del sector de Santa María.es_ES
