dc.descriptionThe main objective of this research was to analyze how the management of internal communication influences the communication assertiveness of teachers at the Galo Plaza Lasso Educational Institution. Internal communication is an essential pillar to promote a harmonious work environment, strengthen teamwork and improve academic results. Through a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative), the quality of the communication channels, the clarity of the messages transmitted and the teaching perception of the effectiveness of communication strategies will be identified. The study seeks to provide recommendations to optimize the management of internal communication and, consequently, enhance assertiveness in teaching interactions, which will positively impact performance.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar cómo la gestión de la comunicación interna influye en la asertividad comunicacional de los docentes en la Institución Educativa Galo Plaza Lasso, la comunicación interna es un pilar esencial para promover un ambiente laboral armónico, fortalecer el trabajo en equipo y mejorar los resultados académicos. A través de un enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo), se identificará la calidad de los canales comunicativos, la claridad de los mensajes transmitidos y la percepción docente sobre la eficacia de las estrategias de comunicación. El estudio busca aportar recomendaciones para optimizar la gestión de la comunicación interna y, consecuentemente, potenciar la asertividad en las interacciones docentes, lo que impactará positivamente en el desempeño.es_ES
