dc.description | The objective of this study is to analyze the degree of competitiveness of the commercial “TODO X 50” located in Vinces, period 2024, which revealed several factors such as: the constant innovation of the competition that represents a challenge, which forces the business to update its products and services to remain in force. In addition, limitations in personnel training affect operational efficiency and the ability to adapt to market demands. The study, based on a mixed approach, included interviews with the manager and customer surveys. The results showed that the perception of the variety of products and prices is mostly positive, although there are areas for improvement in customer service, corporate image and product organization, as well as the need to implement loyalty strategies and more frequent promotions to attract new customers. It was concluded that the competitiveness of the commercial sector faces the challenge of being constant in the innovation of its products and services. In addition, poor staff training affects business performance, which is a challenge for its commercial strategy. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar el grado de competitividad del comercial "TODO X 50" ubicado en Vinces, periodo 2024, del cual reveló diversos factores como: la innovación constante de la competencia que representa un reto, lo que obliga al negocio a actualizar sus productos y servicios para mantenerse vigente. Además, las limitaciones en la capacitación del personal afectan la eficiencia operativa y la capacidad de adaptación a las demandas del mercado. El estudio, basado en un enfoque mixto, incluyó entrevistas al gerente y encuestas a los clientes, los resultados evidenciaron que la percepción sobre la variedad de productos y los precios es mayormente positiva, aunque existen áreas de mejora en la atención al cliente, la imagen corporativa y la organización de los productos, así mismo se destacó la necesidad de implementar estrategias de fidelización y promociones más frecuentes para atraer nuevos clientes. Se concluye que, la competitividad del comercial tiene el reto de ser constante en la innovación de sus productos y servicios. Además, la escasa capacitación del personal afecta el rendimiento del negocio lo cual es un desafío para su estrategia comercial. | es_ES |
