The deductive method was used and consisted of descriptive characteristics, having a mixed research approach, since it uses qualitative and quantitative components. This methodological framework allows us to derive some theoretical and statistical conclusions for the most appropriate decision- making. The results showed the experience of customers when buying online in other businesses and the great interest in making online purchases within the “Mayra Velásquez” clothing workshop. At the same time, there are important factors among customers, such as: ease of access to platforms and security in purchases, which are part of their decision to buy online.es_ES
