dc.description | The present study evaluates the sales strategies of the Anthony Michelle commercial premises in the Ventas canton during the period 2023, with the objective of knowing and identifying opportunities for improvements in the performance of the commercial premises. Through customer surveys and an interview with the owner, weaknesses were found in loyalty, promotion and customer service, which acts negatively and does not allow business growth. The results reveal that current promotions are not sufficient to attract customers, which reduces the reach and competitiveness in the current market. Although customers value quality and affordable prices, the low frequency of visits shows an opportunity for improvement to attract and retain consumers. The implementation of improvements in strategies is provided in an innovative way, such as a loyalty program, focus on social networks and promotions aimed at more specific segments. In addition, the demonstration of customers for discount programs and exclusive benefits. These actions will improve customer relationships, increasing purchase recurrence and a consolidated presence in the local market. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio evalúa las estrategias de ventas del local comercial Anthony Michelle del cantón ventanas durante el periodo 2023, con el objetivo de conocer e identificar oportunidades de mejoras en el desempeño del local comercial. A través de encuestas a los clientes y entrevista dirigida al propietario, se encontró debilidades en fidelización, promoción y atención al cliente, lo que actúa de forma negativa y no permite el crecimiento del negocio. Los resultados revelan que las promociones actuales no son suficientes para la captación de clientes, lo que reduce el alcance y competitividad en el mercado actual. Aunque los clientes valoran calidad y precios accesibles, la baja frecuencia en las visitas muestra una oportunidad de mejora para atracción y retención de consumidores. Se dispone la implementación de mejoras en las estrategias de forma innovadora, como programa de fidelización, enfoque en redes sociales y promociones dirigidas a segmentos más específicos.
