dc.description | Customer service is one of the fundamental bases within the functions that are carried out in a company, currently the JS hardware store - the bolt fair does not have adequate advertising, the staff is with basic knowledge about the products and services they offer, therefore, the main objective of this research is to analyze the extension to the customer and its impact on the sales of the Js Hardware Store - the bolt fair of the city of Babahoyo in the period 2024. In this research, the theoretical method is used because it is based on already established information in which different sources of information are recorded, including the most important ones such as Google Scholar, university repositories, among other points, in addition to them, the application of techniques such as the interview directed to the owner of the hardware store and the survey directed to the loyal customers of said establishment are used. In conclusion, if adequate customer service is applied, as a consequence, there is an increase in sales and the acquisition of recognition for having satisfied the needs of the user. And to improve the impact on the sales of the hardware store. Where the survey response was based on the tension that customers received, they allowed users to realize the economic level of knowledge they have regarding the company, which is why they tend to lose interest in purchasing a good or service. In the discussion of results, it can be identified that there is agreement between the literary and the bibliographical because they coincided with respect to customer service and its wide range of information, which is complex, but at the same time allows for greater knowledge regarding the subject. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La atención al cliente es una de las bases fundamentales dentro de las funciones que se realizan en una empresa, actualmente la ferretería JS - la feria del perno no posee una publicidad adecuada, el personal se encuentra con conocimiento básico acerca de los productos y servicios que ofertan. Por ende, el objetivo principal de esta investigación es analizar la extensión al cliente y su impacto en las ventas de la Ferretería Js - la feria del perno de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el período 2024. En esta investigación se utiliza el método teórico debido a que está fundamentada en información ya establecida en la que constan diferentes fuentes de información entre ellas las más importantes como es Google académico, repositorios universitarios entre otros puntos además de ellos se utiliza la aplicación de técnicas como la entrevista dirigida al propietario de la ferretería y la encuesta dirigida a los clientes fieles de dicho establecimiento. En conclusión, si se aplica una adecuada atención al cliente como consecuencia se posee el aumento de ventas y la adquisición de reconocimiento por haber satisfecho las necesidades del usuario. Y lograr mejorar el impacto en las ventas de la ferretería. Dónde se tuvo como respuesta de la encuesta aplicada según la atención que recibieron los clientes están permitieron que los usuarios se percaten del nivel económico de conocimiento que poseen referente a la empresa por eso tienden a perder el interés ante la compra de un bien o servicio. En la discusión de resultados se puede identificar que existe concordancia entre lo literario y lo bibliográfico debido a qué coincidían con respecto a la atención al cliente y su alta gama de información en la cual es compleja, pero a la vez permite poseer mayores conocimientos referente al tema. | es_ES |
