dc.description | The objective of this study was to determine the levels of User Care in the Los Ríos Hemodialysis Unit Company, Babahoyo Canton in the period 2023 in the population of Babahoyo Canton. The hybrid approach was used, characterized by a non-experimental design. Therefore, in 2023, 367 patients were surveyed to evaluate their level of satisfaction and the positioning of the unit. In addition, health personnel were interviewed to better understand the needs and the current situation. The results showed that user satisfaction is directly related to the image and recognition of the unit. However, areas for improvement were also identified to offer a better service in the future. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar los niveles de Atención Al Usuario En La Empresa Unidad De Hemodiálisis Los Ríos, Cantón Babahoyo En El Período 2023 en la población del Cantón Babahoyo. Se utilizó el enfoque hibrido, caracterizado por un diseño no experimental. Por ende, en el 2023, encuesto a 367 pacientes para evaluar su nivel de satisfacción y el posicionamiento de la unidad. Además, se entrevistó al personal de salud para entender mejor las necesidades y la situación actual. Los resultados mostraron que la satisfacción de los usuarios está directamente relacionada con la imagen y reconocimiento de la unidad. No obstante, también se identificaron áreas de mejoras para ofrecer un mejor servicio en el futuro. | es_ES |
