dc.descriptionThe objective of this work is to analyze the management of administrative processes of the Escobar commercial in the city of Vinces, in order to propose automation strategies to optimize operational management; the methodology used is mixed, because it combines quantitative and qualitative methods, in order to collect relevant data that analyzed the current state of the commercial's administrative processes for the development of the analysis for decision making. A survey questionnaire was developed with 10 questions with a Likert scale response and an interview questionnaire with 8 questions, which was evaluated by Eng. Raisa Ronquillo Rosada, in charge of the administration of the Escobar commercial. The survey was uploaded to the Google Forms platform and shared with users so they can respond to collect data online, thus obtaining statistical graphics and CSS file export for the development of analysis in Microsoft Excel. The population is made up of 80,909 inhabitants of the Vinces canton, which is 9% of the total population of the province of Los Ríos; The sample results in 383 inhabitants to be surveyed; 15% of respondents can perceive a deficiency where there is a need for improvement, while 85% of respondents express a positive acceptance based on the fact that the employees of the Escobar commercial handle the issues or problems effectively; the conclusion is to apply improvement strategies aimed at modernizing and optimizing the administrative processes based on the analysis. Among the suggestions are the use of technologies such as business management software that facilitates inventory control, sales and customer service on the same platform.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo es analizar la gestión de procesos administrativos del comercial Escobar de la ciudad de Vinces, con el fin de plantear estrategias de automatización para optimizar la gestión operativa; la metodología que se utilizó es mixta, porque combina métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos, con la finalidad de recopilar datos pertinentes que analizaron el estado actual de los procesos administrativos del comercial para el desarrollo del análisis para la toma de decisiones. Se desarrolló cuestionario de encuesta con 10 preguntas de respuesta en escala likert y el cuestionario de entrevista con 8 preguntas y que fue evaluada la Ing. Raisa Ronquillo Rosada, encargada de la administración del comercial Escobar; la encuesta fue subida a la plataforma de Google Forms y ser compartidas a los usuarios para que puedan responder para recopilar los datos en líneas, obteniendo así gráficos estadísticos y exportación de archivo CSS para el desarrollo de análisis en Microsoft Excel. La población está conformada por 80.909 habitantes del cantón Vinces, siendo esta el 9% de la población total de la provincia de Los Ríos; la muestra da como resultado 383 habitantes a encuestar; el 15% de los encuestados puede percibir una deficiencia donde hay necesidad de mejora, mientras que el 85% de los encuestados expresa una aceptación positiva basada en el hecho de que los empleados del comercial Escobar manejan los asuntos o problemas de manera efectiva; como conclusión es aplicar estrategias de mejora orientadas a modernizar y optimizar los procesos administrativos a partir del análisis. Entre las sugerencias se encuentran el uso de tecnologías como el software de gestión empresarial que facilite el control de inventario, las ventas y la atención al cliente en una misma plataforma.es_ES
