| dc.description | Tourism represents a recreational activity that helps people to leave their comfort zone, promoting freedom, having new experiences, and getting to know new tourist destinations of diverse cultures, gastronomies and landscapes. The general objective of this case study is to analyze the satisfaction of tourists with physical disabilities on the Spondylus route in Ecuador. For this case study, an exploratory research type with a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach was used. The qualitative research technique was applied in the interview and the quantitative technique through the survey, in order to know the satisfaction of tourists with physical disabilities who have enjoyed the beaches located on the Spondylus route. However, the main conclusion reached by the case study regarding the satisfaction of tourists with physical disabilities is that 53.3% rate the overall tourist experience (tourist services, beaches and general infrastructure) offered by the Spondylus route as not very satisfactory. | dc.description.abstract | UMEN El turismo representa una actividad recreacional que ayuda a las personas a salir de su zona de confort, promoviendo la libertad, el tener nuevas experiencias, el conocer nuevos destinos turísticos de diversas culturas, gastronomías y de paisajes. El objetivo general del presente estudio de caso es analizar la satisfacción de los turistas con discapacidad física en la ruta de los Spondylus en Ecuador. Para el presente estudio de caso se utilizó el tipo de investigación exploratoria con enfoque mixto de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo. Se aplicó la técnica de investigación cualitativa en la entrevista y la técnica cuantitativa a través de la encuesta, con la finalidad de conocer la satisfacción de los turistas con discapacidad física que hayan disfrutado de las playas ubicadas en la ruta del Spondylus. No obstante, la conclusión principal a la que llega el estudio de caso en cuanto a la satisfacción del turista con discapacidad física, es que el 53,3% califica de poco satisfactoria la experiencia turística general (servicios turísticos, playas e infraestructura general), que ofrece la ruta del Spondylus. | es_ES |
