dc.description | Adequate management of the school climate in educational institutions is essential in the construction of a school environment that is conducive to the teaching-learning process, this includes aspects such as interpersonal relationships between educational actors, the involvement of representatives, the management of conflicts and problem solving, analyzing how these aspects affect the management of the school climate will generate a sense of commitment in the way this situation is addressed, which is why this project aims to determine the incidence of school climate in the teaching-learning process of 5th year students of the "Adolfo María Astudillo" Educational Unit and the "Aurora estrada y Ayala de Ramírez Pérez" Educational Unit. The problem focuses on the inadequate management of the school climate, which is reflected in problems of indiscipline, which stem from poor interpersonal relationships between actors in the educational community, affecting the school climate and therefore the teaching-learning process. A quantitative research approach will be used, this being a descriptive research, the technique that will be used will be the survey and the instrument will be the questionnaire. The results revealed that there are specific areas for improvement such as interpersonal relationships, preventive actions and approaches to conflict resolution. It is concluded that a healthy school climate promotes mutual respect, collaboration and a sense of belonging, essential elements for a comprehensive teaching-learning process. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Una adecuada gestión del clima escolar en las instituciones educativas es fundamental en la construcción de un ambiente escolar que sea propicio para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, esto incluye aspectos como las relaciones interpersonales entre los distintos actores educativos, el involucramiento de los representantes en la vida escolar de los estudiantes, el manejo de conflictos y la resolución de problemas. Es por ello que se plantea como objetivo de este proyecto, determinar la incidencia del clima escolar en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes de 5to año de las Unidades Educativas "Adolfo María Astudillo" y "Aurora estrada y Ayala de Ramírez Pérez". La problemática se centra en la inadecuada gestión del clima escolar que se ve reflejada en problemas de indisciplina, que parten de las malas relaciones interpersonales entre los actores de la comunidad educativa, llegando afectar el clima escolar y por ende el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Se utilizará un enfoque de investigación mixto, siendo esta una investigación descriptiva, las técnicas que se emplearon fueron la encuesta y la entrevista, utilizando como instrumento, un cuestionario de preguntas cerradas para la encuesta, y preguntas abiertas para la entrevista. Los resultados revelaron que existen áreas específicas de mejora como son las relaciones interpersonales, acciones preventivas y abordaje para la resolución de conflictos. Se concluye que un clima escolar saludable promueve el respeto mutuo, la colaboración y el sentido de pertenencia, elementos esenciales para un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje integral. | es_ES |
