dc.description | The present case study titled "User care at the Puertas Negras health center District 12D01 located in the city of Babahoyo province of Los Ríos Period 2023" aims to analyze the internal aspects that occur in the establishment to improve its efficiency that leads to more effective and safe high-quality care. To collect information, the methodology of direct interviews with the person in charge of the health center and surveys that were directed at users of the public establishment were used. After the deficiencies faced by the place are detected, it will be possible to apply immediate measures and strategies that improve the service provided to the user. dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso titulado “Atención al usuario en el centro de salud Puertas Negra Distrito 12D01 ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo provincia de Los Ríos Periodo 2023’’ tiene como objetivo analizar los aspectos internos que ocurren en el establecimiento para mejorar su eficiencia que conduce a una atención mas efectiva y segura de alta calidad. Para recolectar información, se utilizó la metodología de entrevista directa con la encargada del centro de salud y encuestas que estuvieron dirigidas a los usuarios del establecimiento público luego que sean detectadas las deficiencias que afronta el lugar, será posible aplicar medidas inmediatas y estrategias que mejoren el servicio brindado al usuario. Estas estrategias permitirán ofrecer alternativas y consideraciones para que tomen decisiones informadas y así tener un plan de acción claro para implementar las soluciones propuestas. | es_ES |
