dc.description | The general objective of this case study was to analyze the administrative processes in the company INGMAQ S.A. of the city of Babahoyo, in the period 2023. Based on this, it was identified that the different phases of the administrative processes are essential to maintain adequate business management, even more so today because managers or those in charge of directing a company must look for changes that contribute to improving staff performance and productivity. According to the methodology used to develop this work, bibliographic research was used, through a theoretical review of several authors of books, academic and scientific works that made it possible to describe the most relevant aspects of the topic under analysis. The methods were inductive-deductive. Two information collection techniques were applied, the survey and the interview, for both of which a questionnaire of structured questions was developed. The population was made up of 9 workers and the owner manager of the company. Through the application of the instruments it was possible to obtain that the administrative processes are not executed efficiently, the entity does not have an organizational structure for the correct delegation of functions, there is no motivation or training programs for personnel, among other factors that directly affect the operation of the organization. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso tuvo como objetivo general analizar los procesos administrativos en la empresa INGMAQ S.A. de la ciudad de Babahoyo, en el periodo 2023. En base a esto se identificó que las diferentes fases de los procesos administrativos son esenciales para mantener una adecuada gestión empresarial, más aún en la actualidad porque los gerentes o encargados de dirigir una empresa deben de buscar cambios que contribuyan a mejorar el desempeño del personal y la productividad. De acuerdo a la metodología empleada para el desarrollo de este trabajo, se utilizó la investigación bibliográfica, mediante una revisión teórica de varios autores de libros, trabajos académicos y científicos que permitió describir los aspectos más relevantes sobre el tema en análisis. Los métodos fueron el inductivo-deductivo. Se aplicaron dos técnicas de recolección de información, la encuesta y la entrevista, para ambas se desarrolló un cuestionario de preguntas estructuradas. La población estuvo conformada por 9 trabajadores y por el gerente propietario de la empresa. Mediante la aplicación de los instrumentos se pudo obtener que no se ejecutan de forma eficiente los procesos administrativos, la entidad no cuenta con una estructura organizacional, para la delegación correcta de las funciones, no se motiva ni se realizan programas de capacitación para el personal, entre otros factores que afectan directamente a la operatividad de la organización. | es_ES |
