dc.descriptionKnowledge is acquired through interaction with the cultural and social environment, so promoting collaboration and social interaction is a successful practice to achieve meaningful learning. The objective is to propose a system of activities for collaborative work in Language and Literature in the fourth year of basic education of the "Gutberto García" Basic Education school. Theoretical research methods associated with collaborative work, the constructivist approach and in particular for teaching in the area of Language and Literature are applied. A diagnosis is applied with the use of empirical methods: observation, documentary review, interview with selected students and survey of the ten teachers involved (checking its validity and reliability with the application of the Cronbach's Alpha tests with the SPSS software version 25) which results in demonstrating the existing shortcomings in the teaching-learning process and the need to propose a system of activities. After the application of the system of activities, the advances in terms of academic results and a greater development of basic and social-citizen skills are demonstrated; as well as through the application of the Iadov and Net Promoters Indices the perception of teachers regarding the applicability, ease of use and recommendability of the proposal made.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl conocimiento se adquiere a través de la interacción con el entorno cultural y social por lo que promover la colaboración y la interacción social resulta una práctica exitosa para lograr el aprendizaje significativo. Resulta el objetivo proponer un sistema de actividades para el trabajo colaborativo en Lengua y Literatura en el cuarto año de básica de la escuela de Educación Básica “Gutberto García”. Se aplican métodos teóricos de investigación asociados al trabajo colaborativo, el enfoque constructivista y en particular para la enseñanza en el área de Lengua y Literatura. Se aplica un diagnóstico con la utilización de métodos empíricos: observación, revisión documental, entrevista a alumnos seleccionados y encuesta los diez docentes implicados (comprobada su validez y fiabilidad con la aplicación de las pruebas de Alpha de Cronbach con el software SPSS versión 25) que brinda como resultado demostrar las falencias existentes en el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje y la necesidad de proponer un sistema de actividades. Posterior a la aplicación del sistema de actividades se demuestran los avances en cuanto a resultados académicos y un mayor desarrollo de las competencias básicas y social-ciudadana; así como por medio de la aplicación de los Índices de Iadov y de Promotores Netos la percepción de los docentes en cuanto a la aplicabilidad, facilidades de uso y capacidad de recomendación de la propuesta realizada.es_ES
