dc.description.abstract | El comercial Maxy Magy está ubicado en el Recinto Pueblo Nuevo vía Mata de Cacao, la cual se dedica a la comercialización de insumo de primera necesidad, también ha presentado deficiencia al momento de atender al cliente, haciendo que haya como eficiencia el poco interés hacia los consumidores, debido a ese problema que presenta el comercial puede tener pérdidas de clientes, por eso se realizó el estudio de caso con la finalidad de dar a conocer a través de una investigación como una oportuna atención ayudara y beneficiara el comercial Maxy Magy, la atención al cliente dentro de una empresa es una parte muy impórtate en el desarrollo e imagen de la sociedad, por ende evaluar el proceso de servicio al consumidor son todas las acciones que lleva a cabo mediante sus empleados para ofrecer sus productos a los consumidores con el mejor cuidado posible, debido a esto se debe tener en cuenta que los colaboradores tengan un buen servicio al momento de atender al consumidor, y así poder tener un cliente satisfecho. El método que se aplicó es el analítico, porque se basa mediante la descomposición y análisis del área de servicio al cliente, además se investigó las opiniones de los usuarios referente al trato, valores y conocimiento que percibieron de los empleados, que permitió obtener información por medio de la encuesta a los clientes del comercial, en conclusión, la eficiencia de la atención se da al alcanzar las metas establecidas por el comercial y la eficacia al lograrlo con una cantidad mínima de recursos. | es_ES |
