dc.descriptionThis study seeks to analyze the principles of social responsibility applied in the company Hotel del Parque that are aligned to its corporate mission and vision, where it is intended to identify the benefits and impacts that may be incurred in the social environment that surrounds it. Through documentary and field research, using the qualitative method, by means of the interview technique, a brief questionnaire was elaborated where it was obtained as a result, that the company is socially responsible; maintaining a culture of service governed by ethical and moral values, in addition to integrating environmental mitigation measures. Through this research it is intended that the hotel sector includes these responsible practices in the lodging service procedures, encouraging the improvement and development of the tourism business sector.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio se busca analizar los principios de responsabilidad social aplicados en la empresa Hotel del Parque que se alineen a su misión y visión empresarial, donde se pretende identificar los beneficios y los impactos que puedan incurrir en el entorno social que lo rodea. Mediante la investigación documental y de campo, utilizando el método cualitativo, por medio de la técnica de la entrevista, se elaboró un breve cuestionario donde se obtuvo como resultado, que la empresa es socialmente responsable; manteniendo una cultura de servicio regida por valores éticos y morales, además de integrar medidas de mitigación ambiental. A través de esta investigación se pretende que el sector hotelero incluya estas prácticas responsables en los procedimientos del servicio de hospedaje, incentivando a la mejora y desarrollo del sector turístico empresarial.es_ES
