dc.description | The present work of practical component of complex examination was carried out with the objective of reporting the analysis of the productive chain and commercialization of fine aroma cocoa in the Province of Los Ríos. The methodology applied was descriptive, through the investigation of texts, magazines, theses, electronic pages, virtual libraries and scientific articles, which facilitated the respective ordering, analysis and summary of the work. The productive chain made up of interconnected actors executes a process of operations of production, transformation and commercialization of a product, where the direct actors are those who are in charge of generating the raw material and selling the product to the final consumer, whether in grain or semi-finished, while the indirect actors are in charge of providing operational and support services, such as; financial entities, public and private support institutions, etc. In the province of Los Ríos, it is necessary to improve the distribution channels of the small producer through technology transfer and training with the need to promote local, regional and national development, through a marketing process that takes advantage of the presence specialized market with high production demands. The socioeconomic situation of the producers of the province has limitations for the development of their cultivation, whether it is lack of inputs, lack of machinery and the variable prices of the bag of cocoa due to informal trade. The research carried out provides information to the cocoa producer that allows him to improve prices through the improvement of the production chain through a direct sale of cocoa from the farmer to the exporter, avoiding intermediaries, who deteriorate prices and product quality. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de componente práctico de examen complexivo se realizó como objetivo relatar el analizar la cadena productiva y comercialización del cacao fino de aroma en la Provincia de Los Ríos. La metodología aplicada fue de tipo descriptivo, mediante la indagación de textos, revistas, tesis, paginas electrónica, bibliotecas virtuales y artículos científicos, mismas que facilitaron realizar el respectivo ordenamiento, análisis y resumen del trabajo. La cadena productiva conformada por actores interconectados ejecuta un proceso de operaciones de producción, transformación y comercialización de un producto, en donde los actores directos son los que se encargan de generar la materia prima y venta del producto al consumidor final ya sea en grano y semielaborados, mientras que los actores indirectos, se encargan de brindar servicios operativos y de apoyo, tales como; entidades financieras, instituciones públicos y privados de apoyo etc. En la provincia de Los Ríos hace falta perfeccionar los canales de distribución del pequeño productor por medio de transferencia de tecnologías y capacitaciones con la necesidad de impulsar el desarrollo local, regional y nacional, a través de un proceso de comercialización la misma que aproveche la presencia de mercado especializados con altas demandas de producciones. La situación socioeconómica de los productores de la Provincia tiene limitación para el desarrollo de su cultivo ya sea falta insumos, falta de maquinarias y los precios variables del saco de cacao por el comercio informal. La investigación realizada brinda información al productor de cacao que le permita mejorar los precios a través del perfeccionamiento de la cadena productiva a través de una venta directa del cacao del agricultor al exportador evitando a los intermediarios, quienes deterioran los precios y la calidad del producto. | es_ES |
