dc.descriptionThis work exposes the methods and ideas for the elaboration of balanced feed for pigs, involving clear and simple approaches on each one of the components that allow to technically reach the nutritional and energetic requirements so that the animal load achieves the expected objectives, therefore the benefits of the use of protein nuclei made in an artisanal way were analyzed, which leads to the pig farmer himself being able to save time and money, and at the same time it is intended to identify the best formulation in terms of their elaboration, obtaining satisfactory conclusions that seek generate possible solutions to increase the value of the balanced formulas that are marketed today. This research socializes a favorable alternative to the small producer so that he prepares the necessary food for his own herd in a responsible and technical way.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste trabajo expone los métodos e ideas para la elaboración de alimento balanceado para porcinos, involucrando enfoques claros y sencillos sobre cada uno de los componentes que permitan alcanzar de manera técnica los requerimientos nutricionales y energéticos para que la carga animal logre los objetivos esperados, por ello se analizó los beneficios del uso de núcleos proteicos hechos de forma artesanal lo cual conlleva a que el mismo porcicultor pueda ahorrar tiempo y dinero, y a su vez se pretende identificar la mejor formulación en cuanto a la elaboración de los mismos, obteniéndose conclusiones satisfactorias que pretenden generar posibles soluciones al incremento del valor de los fórmulas balanceadas que se comercializan hoy en día. Esta investigación socializa una alternativa favorable al pequeño productor para que elabore de forma responsable y técnica el alimento necesario para su propio hato.es_ES
