dc.description | In the present case study that was carried out on the company Orve Hogar, it is based on the analysis of the commercial management that is applied in the company, since it has been detected that there is an inefficient process and management of the commercial area and its strategies, which is why it has not allowed the organization to have a high level of competitiveness or its staff to be fully trained to carry out activities related to its marketing and growth. During the execution of the analysis, methodologies have been applied that have allowed the collection of data and relevant information that leads to the creation of strategies and ideas that improve its operation. Which, interviews were also carried out with the manager that allowed to have a more real and truthful knowledge about the situation of the company, and the surveys that as an investigative tool allowing to counteract the gaps that exist, since, the personnel that works in that company is motivated to apply commercial strategies that allow them to have the materials, spaces and varied mechanisms to develop and implement their capacity on the commercial operations of the company Orve Hogar. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En el presente caso de estudio que se realizó a la empresa Orve Hogar se encuentra basado en el análisis de la gestión comercial que se aplica en la compañía, ya que, se ha detectado que existe un proceso y manejo ineficiente sobre el área comercial y sus estrategias, motivo por el cual, no ha permitido que la organización cuente con un nivel alto de competitividad ni que su personal se encuentre totalmente capacitado para ejecutar actividades relacionada con la comercialización y crecimiento de la misma. Durante la ejecución del análisis se ha ido aplicando metodologías que han permitido recopilar datos e información relevante que conlleve a plasmar estrategias e ideas que logren mejorar su funcionamiento. Lo cual, también se realizaron entrevistas al gerente que permitió tener un conocimiento más real y veraz sobre la situación de la empresa, y las encuestas que como herramienta investigativa permitiendo contrarrestar los vacíos que existen, ya que, el personal que labora en aquella empresa se encuentra motivado en que se apliquen estrategias comerciales que les permitan contar con los materiales, espacios y mecanismo variados para desarrollar e implementar su capacidad sobre las operaciones comerciales de la compañía Orve Hogar. | es_ES |
