dc.description | The aim of this investigation was substantiated on the layout of a booklet strategy to boost the English language in the scholars of the Language Center of the Technical University of Babahoyo, which was born due to the repetitive didactic material that the students used when they received classes, therefore, the workbook will solve this problem and help the students to have a material related to a real context and guided by information and communication technologies. The estimated population for the development of this strategy was 120 students belonging to the Language Center. The type of research was applicative, mixed, descriptive and propositive. For this project, the survey technique was used in which a questionnaire of 18 closed questions was made using the Likert scale with five categories. It is concluded that this strategy facilitates the understanding of activities, has access to free content that allows strengthening language skills in this language; also, the integration of web technologies, video and artificial intelligence provide an added value to this material that will serve as a didactic guide to trainees when they receive their classes and especially for a virtual context. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación se fundamentó en el diseño de una estrategia de booklets para potenciar el conocimiento de la lengua inglesa en los alumnos del Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, el cual nace debido al material didáctico repetitivo que los aprendices utilizaban cuando recibían clases, por esto, el cuadernillo de trabajo permitirá solventar esta problemática y ayudar al estudiantado a tener un material relacionado a un contexto real y guiado por las tecnologías de información y de comunicación. La población estimada para el desarrollo de esta estrategia fue de 120 alumnos que pertenecen al Centro de Idiomas. El tipo de investigación fue aplicativa, mixta, descriptiva y propositiva. Para este proyecto, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta en la que se realizó un cuestionario de 18 preguntas cerradas utilizando la escala de Likert con cinco categorías. Se concluye que esta estrategia facilita la comprensión de actividades, posee acceso a contenidos gratuitos que permiten fortalecer las competencias lingüísticas en este idioma; así también, la integración de tecnologías web, de video e inteligencia artificial brindan un valor agregado a este material que servirá de guía didáctica a los pupilos cuando reciben sus clases y en especial para un contexto virtual. | es_ES |
