dc.description.abstractLa estrategia de marketing que se pretende implementar en la empresa Hermanos Arévalo S.A., dicha estrategia está direccionada con la finalidad de mejorar la rentabilidad de la organización, puesto que en el período fiscal 2020, presentó una pérdida que fue evidente debido a la crisis sanitaria que enfrenta el país y el mundo entero. Se aplicará tres estrategias que estarán enfocadas a acaparar nuevos mercados y a mantener los que aún tienen una relación laboral con la empresa, entre las estrategias de marketing que se pretende implementar está: la de disminución de los costos de ventas del producto, aplicar ofertas o promociones por la compra de cierta cantidad de cajas de tabaco y hacer un uso efectivo de las redes sociales para dar a conocer la empresa no solamente en el ámbito nacional, sino que también internacional, sabiendo que de esta manera no solamente se beneficiarían los propietarios de la organización, sino que también el estado mediante la recaudación de impuestos. En la presente investigación se realizó la recolección de datos mediante las técnicas de la encuesta y la observación directa de los estados financieros de la empresa, con la finalidad de verificar si en los años objetos de estudios existió pérdidas debido a la crisis sanitaria.es_ES
