| dc.description | The objective of this research is the “Analysis of the tastes and preferences of the residents themselves regarding the gastronomic offer of the El Tigrillo area of the Jujan canton”, in this area a small variety of dishes is offered which are consumed by the residents themselves. | dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación es el “Análisis de los gustos y preferencias de los propios pobladores con respecto a la oferta gastronómica de la zona El Tigrillo del cantón Jujan”, en esta zona se ofrece una pequeña variedad de platos que son consumidos por los propios pobladores. . Para satisfacer las necesidades de los consumidores se debe conocer los gustos y preferencias de los vecinos que son los que adquieren y disfrutan de estos platos, para el conocimiento de esta información se realizó una encuesta a sesenta vecinos con preguntas sobre los resultados son los platos que prefieren y tú calculas que son los que menos consumen, su gasto medio de dinero, porque les gusta consumir estos platos, etc. También se realizó una hoja de observación a los puestos en este recinto donde se recabó información y a su vez conocer un poco más sobre estos puestos, observar muy bien su ubicación, su higiene, el menú que ofrecen, la capacidad que tienen para atender a los clientes. y finalmente se hizo su infraestructura. | es_ES |
