dc.description | This research work will highlight the identification of traditional artisanal beverages as an attraction of Ecuadorian gastronomic tourism, with the purpose of promoting cultures, customs and ancestral traditions reflected in the techniques of beverage preparation to promote cultural tourism attraction. Ancestral traditions promote Ecuadorian gastronomic tourism attractiveness by providing an added value to the processes of beverage preparation, knowledge acquired from cultural syncretism transmitted from generation to generation and currently put into practice. The collection of information to identify traditional handcrafted beverages as an attraction of Ecuadorian gastronomic tourism was generated through documentary or biographical and diagnostic research applying the descriptive method that will allow the collection of information of the case study. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación resaltara la identificación de las bebidas artesanales tradicionales como atractivo del turismo gastronómico ecuatoriano, tiene la finalidad de promover las culturas, costumbres y tradiciones ancestrales reflejadas en las técnicas de la preparación de bebidas para promover el atractivo turístico cultural. Las tradiciones ancestrales fomentan el atractivo turístico gastronómico ecuatoriano proporcionando un valor agregado a los procesos de elaboración de bebidas, conocimientos adquiridos del sincretismo cultural trasmitidos de generación en generación puestos en prácticas actualmente. El levantamiento de información para identificar las bebidas artesanales tradicionales como atractivo del turismo gastronómico ecuatoriano, se generó mediante la investigación documental o biográfica y diagnóstica aplicando el método descriptivo que permitirá la recolección de información del estudio de caso. | es_ES |
