dc.descriptionThis case study performs an in-depth analysis of advertising photography in the gastronomic sector in the city of Babahoyo, it is based on making known how some local restaurant owners use this advertising method as a promotional strategy. In a way, it reveals the laso of marketing, food photography and photographic advertising. Techniques such as indirect observation, interview and questionnaire will be used, these skills will be applied to restaurant owners such as; "Chingana Montuvia", "Riola Bar", "Papéate". Places where objective data of relevance will be obtained on why it is important for them to use photo advertising in their businesses, and how it affects the effect of it on consumers. Through this research, various characteristics and relevant reviews about advertising strategies and global definitions of photography, advertising, gastronomy, and other topics of business interest will be exposed. Offer a method that is helpful to those who are in charge of 'a dining room, and that these serve as an example for future mini-entrepreneurs who want to start a restaurant in the Babahoyo canton.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste caso de estudio realiza un análisis a fondo sobre la fotografía publicitaria en el sector gastronómico en la ciudad de Babahoyo, se basa en dar a conocer como la utilizan varios propietarios de restaurantes locales este método de publicidad como estrategia promocional. De cierta forma revelar el laso que posee el marketing, la fotografía de alimentos y la publicidad fotográfica. Se utilizarán técnicas como la observación indirecta, entrevista y cuestionario, estas destrezas de aplicarán sobre dueños de restoranes como; “Chingana Montuvia”, “Riola Bar”, “Papéate”. Lugares donde se obtendrán datos objetivos de relevancia sobre, porqué es importante para ellos el utilizar la foto publicidad en sus negocios, y como repercute el efecto de la misma en los consumidores. Mediante se desarrolla esta investigación se expondrán diversas características y reseñas relevantes sobre estrategias de publicidad y definiciones globales de la fotografía, la publicidad, gastronomía, y otros temas de interés empresarial. Ofrecer un método que sea de ayuda para quienes tengan a cargo ‘un comedor, y que estos sirvan de ejemplo para futuros mini empresarios que quieran empezar con un restaurante en el cantón Babahoyo.es_ES
