dc.descriptionThis case study has been developed in communication agencies located in the Province of Los Ríos; given that, relevant weaknesses are identified with respect to the role that each one of them plays in the fulfillment of its functions and offering of services, which affect the efficient management and development of applied management. The objective of the research is to evaluate the role played by the services offered by the agencies and the impact that communication processes conceive through the analysis of the design of communication strategies, advice, development of advertising campaigns and graphic or visual elements. The implemented methodology is formed as follows: The types of research are descriptive and documentary, the applied method is deductive, while the research techniques used is the interview directed to the representatives of the three agencies under study, which allowed to obtain the following results: The role of communication agencies is conditioned by the inadequate management of the processes implemented in operational plans and strategies for the development of projects and their dissemination, through the different communication media; deficiency in the application of audiovisual and graphic elements to existing media, focusing on those that the agency considers appropriate; limited provision of services offered to citizens within their environment, in addition to a lack of competitiveness that circumscribes the procedures put in place, thus affecting the development of their professional role.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio ha sido desarrollado en las agencias de comunicación ubicadas en la Provincia de Los Ríos; dado que, se identifican debilidades relevantes respecto al rol que desempeña cada una de ellas en el cumplimiento de sus funciones y ofrecimiento de los servicios, los cuales repercuten el manejo y desarrollo eficiente de la gestión aplicada. El objetivo de la investigación es evaluar el rol que cumplen los servicios ofertados por las agencias y el impacto que conciben los procesos comunicacionales a través del análisis de diseño de estrategias de comunicación, asesoramiento, desarrollo de campañas publicitarias y elementos gráficos o visuales. La metodología implementada se forma de la siguiente manera: Los tipos de investigación son descriptiva y documental, el método aplicado es el deductivo, mientras que las técnicas de investigación utilizada es la entrevista direccionada a los representantes de las tres agencias objeto de estudio, las cuales permitieron obtener los siguientes resultados: El rol de las agencias de comunicación se condiciona por la inadecuada gestión de los procesos implementados en planes y estrategias operacionales para el desarrollo de proyectos y difusión de los mismos, a través de los diferentes medios de comunicación; deficiencia en la aplicación de elementos audiovisuales y gráficos hacia los medios existentes centrándose en aquellos que la agencia considera oportuno; limitada prestación de servicios ofrecidos hacia la ciudadanía dentro de su entorno, además de falta de competitividad que circunscribe los procedimientos puestos en marcha afectando de este modo el desarrollo de su rol profesional.es_ES
