dc.description | The Fire Department of the city of Babahoyo is a public company attached to the Municipality of this canton, whose mission is to provide prevention, protection, relief and fire extinguishing services; also providing support in natural or man-made disasters. We carry out coordinated intervention actions in case of emergencies; and, prevention, inspection and advisory programs for public and private entities, to safeguard the security of the citizens of the canton, the province of Los Ríos and the country. The present investigative work aims to carry out an analysis of the strategic plan for the resolution of labor conflicts in the administrative management of human talent of the Fire Department of the city of Babahoyo. Strategic planning is a tool that every institution must have, as it is very important when making decisions, mainly in the implementation of plans, it also serves as a guide to achieve the objectives that the entity has proposed. A strategic plan is a program in which what we intend to achieve and how to do it is reflected, in it the decisions that allow us to achieve the proposed mission and vision are specified. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El cuerpo de Bomberos de la ciudad de Babahoyo es una empresa pública adscrita a la Municipalidad de este cantón, la cual tiene como misión prestar los servicios de prevención, protección, socorro y extinción de incendios; brindando además, apoyo en desastres de origen natural o causados por el hombre. Realizamos acciones coordinadas de intervención en caso de emergencias; y, programas de prevención, inspección y asesoría a entidades públicas y privadas, para salvaguardar la seguridad de la ciudadanía del cantón, de la provincia de Los Ríos y del país. El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como finalidad realizar un análisis del plan estratégico para la resolución de los conflictos laborales en la gestión administrativa del talento humano del Cuerpo de Bomberos de la ciudad de Babahoyo. La planificación estratégica es una herramienta con la cual toda institución debe contar, pues es muy importante al momento de la toma de decisiones, principalmente en la implementación de planes, además sirve como guía para alcanzar los objetivos que se ha propuesto la entidad. Un plan estratégico es un programa en el cual se plasma lo que pretendemos conseguir y cómo hacerlo, en él se concretan las decisiones que nos permiten alcanzar la misión y visión propuesta. | es_ES |
