dc.descriptionThis case study was conducted in the Babahoyo canton of Los Rios Province. The main objective of the investigation is, "To analyze the strategies implemented in the sector of restoration effect post Covid 19, in the Babahoyo canton to know the different managements that have been made and are planned to be made for the economic reactivation of this sector. For this purpose, descriptive, exploratory and bibliographic methods were applied, and as a technique, interviews were conducted with the Ministry of Tourism and the Municipality of Babahoyo to learn about the strategies that have been proposed and those that have been implemented. Through a convenience survey, it was possible to obtain an analysis of the population on the impact that the pandemic has caused in their purchasing habits and their perception on the implementation of the biosecurity protocols in the restaurants. The research contributes with information that allows the design of initiatives and proposals to improve the quality of the restaurant service.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se realizó en el cantón Babahoyo de la Provincia de Los Ríos. El objetivo principal la investigación es, “Analizar las estrategias implementadas en el sector de restauración efecto post Covid 19, en el cantón Babahoyo para conocer las diferentes gestiones que se han realizado y se planea realizar para la reactivación económica de éste sector. Para aquello, se aplicaron los métodos descriptivo, exploratorio y bibliográfico, y como técnica se aplicaron entrevistas al Ministerio de Turismo y Municipio de Babahoyo para conocer las estrategias que han propuesto y las que se han implementado. A través de una encuesta por conveniencia, se permitió obtener un análisis de la población sobre el impacto que la pandemia ha causado en sus hábitos de compra y su percepción sobre la implementación de los protocolos de bioseguridad en los restaurantes. La investigación contribuye con información que permita diseñar iniciativas y propuestas que mejoren la calidad del servicio de restauración.es_ES
