The direct beneficiaries of this research work are: the student and the patient; the indirect beneficiary is the company; The students will put into practice all the theories they have read and learned, here is the time to look for the best strategy for the patient to get out of the emotional state in which they are in order to feel good and can relate to other individuals. Excessive worry causes fear, fear, uncertainty, sadness, overwhelm in the face of the circumstances that currently surround people, many times that depression is the product of worry and the presence of automatic thoughts which interferes in their life and in the life of those around you.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso trata de un adulto mayor que presenta problemas en su estado de ánimo deprimido, el objetivo de este trabajo es conocer la incidencia que tienen los pensamientos distorsionados sobre el estado deprimido de un adulto mayor, para modificarlos y de esta forma tenga una buena salud mental, para ello se ha elegido trabajar con la línea de investigación de la carrera titulado como “tratamiento de problemas de aprendizaje”, la sublínea de investigación es “repercuten los conflictos interpersonales y grupales de los docentes en la práctica de las relaciones humanas de la comunidad educativa”. Los beneficiarios directos ante este trabajo de investigación son: la estudiante y el paciente; el beneficiario indirecto es la sociedad; los estudiantes pondrán en práctica todas las teorías que han leído y aprendido, aquí es el momento de buscar la mejor estrategia para que el paciente salga del estado emocional en el que se encuentra para de esta forma se sienta bien y pueda relacionarse con los demás individuos.La preocupación excesiva provoca miedo, temor, incertidumbre, tristeza, agobio frente a las circunstancias que actualmente rodean a las personas, muchas veces esa depresión es producto de la preocupación y presencia de pensamientos automáticos de lo cual interfiere en su vida y en la vida de quienes le rodeen.es_ES
