| dc.description | The present research work was based on the analysis of the information in the state and post-truth news channels in times of covid, with the aim of carrying out a content analysis of the national channels that were broadcast during the month of March with respect to to the current health emergency, in order to establish a category of messages that were transmitted to the population. The development of theoretical support is supported by bibliographic sources on this subject of study. The techniques that were used were the observation of the audiovisual material of the national chains compiled from pages and web platforms, the bibliographic investigation, the interview with a journalist from the city, Mr. Marlon Goya Mallea, which allowed to know first-hand information about the topic of interest and the survey carried out with citizens to analyze their points of view and contrast the information. Throughout this case analysis, the importance of good government communication with citizens is exposed, since in this way it will only be possible to generate an agreement, because if there is no general approval of the principles, a successful administration cannot be made. This is why, at present, the way in which the national channels presented, the information that was released, the facts that were hidden, among others, caused a lot of mistrust and uncertainty in every country. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación fue basado en el análisis de la información en los canales informativos del estado y la posverdad en tiempos de covid, con el objetivo de realizar un análisis de contenido de las cadenas nacionales que se emitieron durante el mes de marzo con respecto a la emergencia sanitaria actual, para de esta manera establecer una categoría de los mensajes que se transmitían a la población. El desarrollo de los sustentos teóricos se apoya en fuentes bibliográficas sobre este tema de estudio. Las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron la observación del material audiovisual de las cadenas nacionales recopiladas de páginas y plataformas web, la investigación bibliográfica, la entrevista realizada a un periodista de la ciudad el Licenciado Marlon Goya Mallea lo que permitió conocer información de primera mano sobre el tema de interés y la encuesta realizada a los ciudadanos para analizar sus puntos de vistas y contrastar la información. A lo largo de este análisis de caso queda expuesto la importancia de una buena comunicación gubernamental hacia los ciudadanos, puesto que de esta manera únicamente se logrará generar un acuerdo, porque si no existe una aprobación general de los principios no puede hacerse una administración exitosa, es por esto que en la actualidad influyó mucho la forma en que presentaron las cadenas nacionales, la información que se dio a conocer, los hechos que se ocultaron, entre otros, provocando desconfianza e incertidumbre en todo país. | es_ES |
