| dc.description | The present investigation takes as a target to analyze the social protests, demonstrations because of the application of Law of Humanitarian Support, approved by National Assembly on May 15, by means of the official record N ° 229, in digital platform Facebook during the pandemic. The resolutions inside this law that caused dissatisfaction in the society were: the reduction of budget of the state universities and polytechnics elimination of government-owned enterprises and reduction of salary, hence the subject of study of this case, there were the main organizations that fight for rights of these unions. For the securing of the results the methodology applied in this study was of qualitative character, across the type of diagnostic, descriptive and bibliographical investigation, supported in the skill of compilation of direct observation where the facilitating instrument of the compilation of information was the observation card. The results obtained in this study were favorable since one knew that the unions use the social network Facebook as a tool of diffusion and organization, the multimedia content stands out in this network, the strategies communications are: hashtag, videos and transmissions in alive. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las protestas sociales, manifestaciones a causa de la aplicación de Ley de Apoyo Humanitario, aprobada por Asamblea Nacional el 15 de mayo, mediante el registro oficial N° 229, en plataforma digital Facebook durante la pandemia. Las resoluciones dentro de esta ley que causaron disconformidad en la sociedad fueron: la reducción de presupuesto de las universidades estatales y politécnicas, eliminación de empresas estatales y reducción de salario, por ende el sujeto de estudio de este caso, fueron las principales organizaciones que luchan por derechos de estos gremios. Para la obtención de los resultados la metodología aplicada fue cualitativa, a través de la investigación: diagnóstica, descriptiva y bibliográfica, sustentada en la técnica de recolección de observación directa en donde el instrumento facilitador de la recolección de datos fue la ficha de observación. Los resultados obtenidos en este estudio fueron favorables puesto que se conoció que los gremios utilizan la red social Facebook como herramienta de difusión y organización, el contenido multimedia se destaca en esta red, las estrategias comunicaciones son: hashtag, videos y transmisiones en vivo. | es_ES |
