| dc.description | The communication channels allow the correct functioning of the message having as main points a sender, a receiver and the idea or context, in view of this in this case study an analysis of the communication channels used by the Technical University of Babahoyo to follow up on the graduate students of the FCJSE, during the 2018 - 2019 period, for which an explanatory, descriptive analysis will be carried out, taking into consideration theoretical positions of various authors that refer to the subject to be discussed, focusing mainly on the importance of external communication. In the present study, an observation or analysis sheet was also used as research tools, which made it possible to verify the operation of the UTB web page explicitly the Graduate Follow-up hyperlink, as well as an interview with the Master Cecilia Dahik Solis, who is Coordinator of this administrative department, in view of this it is concluded that the main purpose of the page is to inform students about academic proposals to improve the curriculum of graduates through seminars, webinars or the offer of Master's degrees that allow a fourth level degree. Likewise, the proposal of the creation of a labor bank is recommended, allowing companies in the canton or outside to contact professionals from the various academic branches offered by the university who require their services, thus generating a labor portfolio. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Los canales de comunicación permiten el correcto funcionamiento del mensaje teniendo como puntos principales un emisor, un receptor y la idea o contexto, ante ello en el presente caso de estudio se procederá a realizar un análisis de los canales de comunicación empleados por la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo para dar seguimiento a los estudiantes graduados de la FCJSE, durante el periodo 2018 – 2019, para lo cual se realizará un análisis explicativo, descriptivo, tomando en consideración posturas teóricas de diversos autores que hagan referencia al tema a tratar centrándose principalmente en la importancia de la comunicación externa. En el presente estudio también se utilizó como herramientas de investigación una ficha de observación o análisis la que permitió constatar el funcionamiento de la página web de la UTB explícitamente el hipervínculo de Seguimiento a Graduados, así como también se realizó una entrevista a la Máster Cecilia Dahik Solis, quien es Coordinadora de este departamento administrativo, ante ello se concluye que la página tiene como principal finalidad la de informar a los estudiantes sobre propuestas académicas para mejorar el currículo de los graduados a través de seminarios, webinar o la oferta de Maestría que permitan un título de cuarto Nivel. Así mismo se recomienda, la propuesta de la creación de un banco laboral, permitiendo a las empresas en el cantón o fuera ponerse en contacto con profesionales de las diversas ramas académicas ofertadas por la universidad que requieran sus servicios generando así una cartera laboral. | es_ES |
