dc.descriptionThis research deals with the importance of clean agriculture based on good agricultural practices for obtaining healthy products that do not generate negative changes in the health of the consumer. Clean agriculture is considered a form of agricultural production that includes organic or ecological agriculture that generates a positive change in the soils that for many years have been poisoned by farmers with chemical products that also cause an effect on the environment. In this research, according to OMS, the consumption of safe food promotes a better quality of life for consumers and producers. In several provinces of Ecuador, organic production is promoted by groups and communities of farmers who made the decision to turn to conventional agriculture, such as the province of Manabí, it can be said that clean agriculture is quite widespread in the country. Worldwide, there is also a large increase in the area of organic agriculture, with more than 100 countries practicing it, as it generates a great benefit to counteract diseases that are caused by food. It is also important to note that organic products have a high cost because they are chemical-free. That is why clean agricultural production is important.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación trata sobre la importancia de la agricultura limpia en base a las buenas prácticas agrícolas para la obtención de productos sanos que no generen cambios negativos en la salud del consumidor. La agricultura limpia se la considera una forma de producción agropecuaria que incluye agricultura orgánica o ecológica que generan un cambio positivo en los suelos que por muchos años han sido intoxicados por los agricultores con productos químicos los mismo que causan también un efecto en el medio ambiente. En esta investigación de acuerdo con la OMS, el consumo de alimentos inocuos promueve a que los consumidores y los productores tengan una mejor calidad de vida. En varias provincias del Ecuador se impulsa la producción orgánica por grupos y comunidades de agricultores que tomaron la decisión de dar un giro a la agricultura convencional, se puede decir que la agricultura limpia esta bastantes extendida en el país. A nivel mundial también existe un gran incremento de extensiones de agricultura orgánica con más de 100 países que la practican, de acuerdo a que genera un gran benéfico a contrarrestar enfermedades que son ocasionada por los alimentos, también cabe destacar que aporta a la economía debido a que los productos orgánicos tienen un alto costo por ser productos libres de químicos. Por ello resulta importante la producción de agricultura limpia.es_ES
