dc.descriptionThe correct practices of food handling allow people or merchants to carry out their work activity correctly, since by following the correct hygiene regulations, good contact with food can be made to make a correct preparation of food. Digested foods have to have a good handling from the moment they are produced until they are consumed and within this process you must have a strict hygiene control that allows you to take care of the well-being and health of the clients. The relationship between improper handling of food and the production of transmitted diseases is demonstrated. The most effective measures to prevent diseases are hygienic. The manipulator is the one that intervenes as a transmission vehicle, due to incorrect actions, in food contamination. The project is important because it allows food retailers in this town to learn to treat and preserve food by preventing diseases from being transmitted in this way by applying good control and hygiene practices being marketed in a healthy and pleasant environment for everyone. The main beneficiaries will be the food retailers in the area because it allows them to know techniques that they did not know, giving their businesses a good image, increasing their sales and, in turn, promoting local tourism that provides sustainability and good development for all. 47.14% of the respondents stated that, if they have knowledge about food handling, while 33.21% honestly responded that they had no knowledge on that subject, 19.62% consider that, if they have a little of knowledge, but not as many as I would like.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas correctas prácticas de la manipulación de los alimentos permiten que las personas o comerciantes puedan realizar su actividad laboral de manera correcta, ya que al seguir las normativas correctas de higiene se puede realizar un buen contacto con los alimentos para realizar una correcta preparación de los alimentos. Los alimentos digeridos tienen que tener una buena manipulación desde que se están produciendo hasta que se consumen y dentro de este proceso se debe tener un control de higiene estricto que permite cuidar de esta manera el bienestar y salud de los clientes. La relación entre una manipulación inadecuada de los alimentos y la producción de enfermedades transmitidas está demostrada. Las medidas más efectivas para prevenir las enfermedades son las higiénicas. El manipulador es el que interviene como vehículo de transmisión, debido a acciones incorrectas, en la contaminación de alimentos. El proyecto es importante porque permite a los expendedores de alimentos de esta localidad aprender a tratar y conservar los alimentos evitando que enfermedades sean transmitidas de esta manera aplicando un buen control y prácticas de higiene sean comercializados en un ambiente saludable y agradable para todos. Los principales beneficiados serán los expendedores de alimentos de la zona porque les permite conocer técnicas que no conocía dando una buena imagen a sus negocios incrementar sus ventas y a su vez se fomenta el turismo local que brinda sostenibilidad y buen desarrollo para todos. El 47,14% de los encuestados manifestó que, si tienen conocimientos sobre la manipulación de alimentos, mientras que el 33,21% respondió con sinceridad que no tenían conocimiento sobre ese tema, el 19,62% considera que, si tiene un poco de conocimientos, pero no tantos como quisiera.es_ES
