dc.descriptionThe objective of the study of the present investigation was to determine the incidence of assertive communication in the interrelation of the substantive functions case: Regional Autonomous University of the Andes Quevedo campus, year 2019. It is about analyzing the importance of assertive communication in dynamism of pedagogical activities. It can be evidenced that assertive communication is essential for the interrelation of substantive functions and that it affects both the work of teachers, administrations and administrative staff as well as institutional coexistence The orientation of the study was quantitative, applying joint research with the descriptive level because through the synthesis and analysis it is intended to understand the importance and influence of assertive communication within the substantive functions in the higher education system, finally, explanatory level because the research variables are explained through the theory and bibliographic research. To determine the stated objective, statistical tests were analyzed through the application of educational surveys, administrative personnel and students of the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes and their assertiveness test area coordinators. All this establishes knowing and establishing the existing relationship of assertive communication within the substantive functions of the Regional Autonomous University of the Andes:es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de estudio de la presente investigación fue determinar la incidencia de la comunicación asertiva en la interrelación de las funciones sustantivas caso: Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes campus Quevedo, año 2019. Se trata de analizar la importancia de la comunicación asertiva en el dinamismo de las actividades pedagógicas. Se pude evidenciar que la comunicación asertiva es esencial para la interrelación de las funciones sustantivas y que afecta tanto a la labor de docentes, directivos y personal administrativo como a la convivencia institucional La orientación del estudio fue cuantitativa, aplicando la investigación conjunta con el nivel descriptivo porque a través del síntesis y análisis se pretendió conocer la importancia y la influencia de la comunicación asertiva dentro de las funciones sustantivas en el sistema de educación superior, por último, nivel explicativo porque se explica a través de la teoría y las investigaciones bibliográficas las variables de la investigación. Para determinar el objetivo planteado se realizaron pruebas estadísticas mediante la aplicación de encuestas docentes, personal administrativo y estudiantes de la Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes a sus respectivos coordinadores de área Test de asertividad. Todo esto permitió conocer y establecer la relación existente de la comunicación asertiva dentro de las funciones sustantivas de la Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes:es_ES
