dc.descriptionCorrect communication is essential within higher education institutions for this reason the research work is presented in order to determine the degree of relationship between assertive communication and the articulation of substantive functions at the State Technical University of Quevedo, year 2019. To determine the objective described, surveys of teachers, administrative staff and students of the State Technical University of Quevedo were carried out in which it was possible to determine that although they mostly stated that they maintained a high assertiveness index at the time to initiate a communicative process it was also found that there is a percentage that expressed that the level of assertiveness in communication is not the best. The institution of higher education does not have the necessary mechanisms to improve relations between those who are part of it and optimize the tasks that are performed in the university, to try to solve this problem as a plan is carried out of training on the management of communication assertiveness by giving it the necessary tools to improve communication.es_ES

dc.description.abstractUna correcta comunicación es fundamental dentro de las instituciones de educación superior por tal motivo se presenta el trabajo investigativo con el propósito de determinar el grado de relación entre la comunicación asertiva y la articulación de las funciones sustantivas en la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo, año 2019. Para determinar el objetivo descrito se llevó a cabo la ejecución de encuestas a docentes, personal administrativo y estudiantes de la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo en las cuales se pudo determinar que a pesar de que en su mayoría manifestaron mantener un elevado índice de asertividad al momento de entablar un proceso comunicativo también se pudo constatar que existe un porcentaje que expresó que el nivel de asertividad en la comunicación no es el mejor. La institución de educación superior no cuenta con los mecanismos necesarios para mejorar las relaciones entre quienes forman parte de la misma y optimizar las tareas que se realizan en la universidad, para tratar de dar solución a esta problemática ase llevo a cabo la realización de un plan de capacitación sobre el manejo de la asertividad comunicacional otorgándole las herramientas necesarias para mejorar la comunicación.es_ES
