| dc.description | At the international level, radio has been considered as the most influential means of communication in society due to easy access, and several experts in the field say that despite the appearance of social networks, radio continues in the first place because it is the medium that reaches every corner of the world. In Ecuador, for years, radio has been characterized as one of the most entertaining media outlets and one of the favorite options for those who want to listen to music, sports programs of any kind becoming a tradition in Ecuadorian families to tune in daily. The tuning of the radio programs is very common in the San Carlos parish, although there is no radio station of the parish attuned to the AM and FM frequencies where they have available to their delight the variety of radio programs that are transmitted at all times by the different seasons. Considering that radio is a very medium of communication that has a great influence on society in general, we believe that the creation of a radio program that is based on good values for society in general will be a contribution to a youth that is gradually derailed and takes directions that are not widely accepted in society | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | A nivel internacional la radio se ha considerado como el medio de comunicación más influyente en la sociedad debido al fácil acceso, además que varios expertos en el tema aseguran que a pesar de la aparición de redes sociales la radio continúa en primer lugar debido a que es el medio que llega a todos los rincones del mundo. En Ecuador por años la radio se ha caracterizado por ser uno de los medios de comunicación más alegres entretenidos y ser una de las opciones favoritas para quienes desean escuchar música, programas deportivos de cualquier índole volviéndose una tradición en las familias ecuatorianas sintonizarla diariamente. La sintonía de los programas radiales es muy común en la parroquia San Carlos, aunque no existe una estación radial propia de la parroquia sintonizan las frecuencias AM y FM donde tienen a disposición de su deleite la variedad de programas radiofónicos que son transmitido a toda hora por las diferentes estaciones. Considerando que la radio es muy medio de comunicación que tiene una gran influencia en la sociedad en general consideramos por la creación de un programa radial que se fundamente los buenos valores para la sociedad en general será una contribución a una juventud que de a poco se descarrila y toma rumbos que no son muy aceptados en la sociedad | es_ES |
