| dc.description | Everything that is disseminated to an individual in full rights through a means of communication has to be verified, timely and contextualized in order to avoid subsequent responsibilities such as slander or insult or misdemeanour communication are subject to mistakes, the most common are to issue information that is not always real or has been distorted. The main objective of this project was to determine the influence of Article 23 of the Organic Law on Communication on the programs broadcast on the Maná Tv television channel, 2019. It was determined that the inhabitants of the canton La Maná mostly have knowledge of the right to rectification, however, they are unaware of the laws governing this right, resulting in most unaware of Article 23 of the Organic Communication Law. Likewise, all respondents agree that the channel should take administrative sanctions if erroneous information that was not verified is issued. It was possible to determine that on the Mana Tv 45 channel the right to rectification has been issued by applying article 23 of the Organic Communication Law, the same requested by citizens with affinities or belonging to political parties, the corrections were approved and disclosed in the same space and time they were issued. It was proposed to create communication guide for verification of information for the Maná TV Channel in which strategies are specified to help comply with the rights to communication and information prescribed in the Organic Communication Law. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Todo lo que se difunda sobre un individuo en plenos derechos a través de un medio de comunicación tiene que ser verificado, oportuno y contextualizado con el objetivo de evitar responsabilidades subsiguientes como calumnias o injurias o faltas a la honra, pero los medios de comunicación son sujetos a cometer errores, los más frecuentes son emitir información que no siempre son reales o se ha distorsionado. La realización de este proyecto tuvo como objetivo primordial Determinar la influencia del Artículo 23 de La Ley Orgánica de Comunicación en los programas emitidos en el canal de Televisión Maná Tv, 2019. Se determinó que los habitantes del cantón La Maná en su mayoría tienen conocimiento sobre el derecho a rectificación, sin embargo, desconocen de las leyes que regulan este derecho, generando que la mayoría desconozca el Artículo 23 de la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación. Así mismo la totalidad de los encuestados está de acuerdo en que el canal debe asumir sanciones administrativas si se llegara a emitir información errona que no fue verificada. Se pudo determinar que en el canal Mana Tv 45 se ha emitido el derecho a rectificación mediante la aplicación del artículo 23 de la ley Orgánica de comunicación, el mismo solicitado por ciudadanos con afinidades o pertenecientes a partidos políticos, las rectificaciones fueron aprobadas y divulgadas en el mismo espacio y horario en que fueron emitidos. Se planteó Crear guía comunicacional para verificación de información para el Canal Maná TV en el que se especifiquen estrategias que ayuden a cumplir con los derechos a la comunicación e información prescritos en la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación. | es_ES |
