The proof that the assistant in charge of that department must meet a professional profile, to be able to efficiently make all their activities, were limiting, even the idea was, that she was only responsible for preparing coffee to their superiors and answer the phone. Currently the role of the secretary has evolved involved in income in decision-making in the organization. You must be with a series of qualities and individuals, is able to respond, you will be able to evolve in your occupation in the most splendid way and also cooperate with different friendships as a delegation of a group of co-worker. It is the habit developed and practiced by an organization to interpret the needs and expectations of its customers and to offer them, consequently, an accessible, adequate, agile, flexible, appreciable, useful, appropriate, safe and reliable, still under unrest and existing errors, in such a way that the client sits understood, careful and served personally, with dedication and efficiency, and surprised with greater value to the expected, in consequence, more income and small costs for the organization.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se lo realizo con el tema: perfil de la secretaria y su incidencia en la calidad de servicio y atención al usuario prueba que la asistente encargada en dicho departamento debe cumplir un perfil profesional, estar capacitada en realizar con eficiencia todas sus actividades, eran limitantes, incluso se tenía la idea, de que ella solo se encargaba de preparar el café a sus superiores y contestar el teléfono. En la actualidad el rol de la secretaria se ha evolucionado involucrándose inclusive en la toma de decisiones en la organización. Debe contar con unas series de cualidades e individuales, globalmente que sea capaz de responder, acceder, evolucionar en su ocupación de la forma más espléndida y asimismo cooperaran con diferentes amistades como delegación de un grupo de compañeros de trabajo. Es el hábito desarrollado y practicado por una organización para interpretar las necesidades y expectativas de sus clientes y ofrecerles, en consecuencia, un servicio accesible, adecuado, ágil, flexible, apreciable, útil, oportuno, seguro y confiable, aún bajo situaciones imprevistas o ante errores, de tal manera que el cliente se sienta comprendido, atendido y servido personalmente, con dedicación y eficacia, y sorprendido con mayor valor al esperado, proporcionando en consecuencia mayores ingresos y pequeños costos para la organización.es_ES
