Relating the variables of the topic served to determine the diagnostic criteria, academic performance and establish the appropriate psychotherapeutic intervention at the individual level, in which instruments were used such as: the clinical observation guide, clinical history, psychometric techniques such as scale of anxiety of Hamilton, inventory of anxiety of Beck. The student presents diagnostic criteria of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), there being a relationship between anxiety and its influence on academic performance, affecting its school integration, interpersonal relationships, social-behavioral relationships, for this reason the psychotherapeutic intervention was with the model of cognitive behavioral therapy.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso tiene como tema: ansiedad y su influencia en el rendimiento académico de una estudiante y como objetivo, establecer los factores influyentes que generan ansiedad en la estudiante de décimo año. Relacionando las variables del tema nos sirvió para determinar los criterios diagnósticos, el rendimiento académico y establecer la intervención psicoterapéutica apropiada a nivel individual, en las que se utilizaron instrumentos como: la guía de observación clínica, historia clínica, técnicas psicométricas como la escala de ansiedad de Hamilton, inventario de ansiedad de Beck. La estudiante presenta criterios diagnósticos de trastorno de ansiedad generalizada (TAG), existiendo relación entre la ansiedad y su influencia en el rendimiento académico viéndose afectada su integración escolar, relaciones interpersonales, relaciones social-conductual, por esta razón la intervención psicoterapéutica fue con el modelo de terapia cognitivo conductual.es_ES
