dc.descriptionThe present clinical case study was worked on a 9-year-old girl, it deepens with a separation of parents that affects the behavioral area of the Barreiro educational unit of the Babahoyo canton of the province of Los Ríos. This problem is characterized by the presence of recurring patterns of behavior, so it is important for the diagnosis of a behavior disorder, these symptoms that occur are: aggressiveness, irritability, negativism, oppositionism, before figures that present some type of authority . Their behavior manifests before teachers, classmates and mother. This problem deepens with the separation of their parents, this is affecting their behavioral area. The case study supported a qualitative approach, with descriptive cross-sectional scope, non-experimental type. Therefore, methods and techniques such as clinical observation, clinical interview, clinical history and psychological test have been used to detect the onset of your problem, in addition to behave in this, cognitive behavioral therapy was proposed. The result was that the girl presented a presumptive diagnosis Moderate Challenging Negativist Disorder 313.81 (F91.3). Because the symptoms of this disorder were presented in the Educational Unit where he studied and at home, based on the diagnostic characteristics described in the DSM V.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso clínico psicológico tuvo como objetivo analizar de qué manera el divorcio de padres influye en la conducta de una estudiante de 9 años de la Unidad Educativa Barreiro de Cantón Babahoyo de la provincia de Los Ríos. Esta problemática se caracteriza por la presencia de patrones recurrentes de comportamientos, por lo que es importante para el diagnóstico de un trastorno de conducta, estos síntomas que se presentan son: agresividad, irritabilidad, negativismo, oposicionismo, ante figuras que presenta algún tipo de autoridad. Su comportamiento se manifiesta ante docentes, compañeros y madre. Esta problemática se profundiza con la separación de sus padres, esto está afectando su área conductual. El estudio de caso sostuvo un enfoque cualitativo, con alcance descriptivo de corte transversal, tipo no experimental. Por lo cual se han utilizado métodos y técnicas como la observación clínica, la entrevista clínica, historia clínica y test psicológico para detectar el inicio de su problema, además para intervenir en esto se planteó la terapia cognitiva conductual. Entonces se tuvo como resultado que la niña presentaba un diagnostico presuntivo Trastorno Negativista Desafiante grave 313.81 (F91.3). Debido a que los síntomas de este trastorno se presentaban en la Unidad Educativa donde estudiaba en su hogar, y en la calle cuando sale con mama hacer compras, en base a las características diagnosticas descritas en el DSM V.es_ES
