dc.description.abstract	La redes sociales es uno de los medios de comunicación más utilizados en los últimos tiempos, motivo por el cual entidades pugnan por la utilización de ellos. El objetivo de esta investigación es mostrar análisis del manejo y la efectividad de la secretaria de gestión de riesgo y como en los últimos años se ha utilizado de gran manera las redes sociales como un sencillo fin de exponer a la ciudadanía trabajos realizado, Los programadores han visto la necesidad de la creación de estos tipos de estrategias para llegar a zonas donde no toda la población puede tener acceso a estos medios. La televisión es otro medio importante y necesario para conocer las actividades realizadas, pero gracias a las nuevas tecnologías elaboradas la televisión es in instrumento de poca utilización. En este trabajo se realizó mediante entrevista realizada a Sr. BOLIVAR GAVILANES, funcionario, sacando la conclusión que el único fin de ellos ý la empresa es el bienestar del pueblo. Esta institución para realizar una buena comunicación estratégica, también se utiliza como medios alternativos las redes sociales como Facebook, Instagram, videos promocionales en la plataforma de YouTube.
