dc.description	The present study analyzed the cultural content of Vinces's RTV channel 3 programming, as television is an influential entity in society. In order to obtain the information, this analysis focused on qualitative design, through descriptive and diagnostic research, through direct observation techniques where the programming of the said channel was studied and what the programs with cultural themes were determined. detecting in this way a shortage of said besides, it was found that they are mostly not of original production of this television station, since, having not contained local, the identity and cultural enrichment of the area is lost. With the results of this study it was concluded that further work should be carried out in common with education, through a pre-professional practice agreement with the Babahoyo Technical University, aimed at students of Social Communication, directed to students of Social Communication, since this way one will give the opportunity to the pupils so that they could develop workmanship and skills in the above mentioned career.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el presente estudio se analizó el contenido cultural de la programación de RTV canal 3 de Vinces, puesto que la televisión es un ente influyente en la sociedad. Para la obtención de la información, esta investigación se centró en el diseño cualitativo, por medio de la investigación descriptiva y diagnóstica, a través de las técnicas de observación directa en donde se estudió la programación del mencionado canal y se determinó cuáles son los programas con contenido cultural, detectando de esta manera una escasez de dicho contenido, además se encontró que en su mayoría no son de producción original de esta televisora, puesto que, al no haber contendido local se pierde la identidad y el enriquecimiento cultural de la zona. Con los resultados de este estudio se concluyó que se debe seguir trabajando mancomunadamente con la educación, por medio de un convenio de prácticas pre-profesionales con la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, dirigida a estudiantes de Comunicación Social, puesto que de esta manera se creará contenido cultural local y se le dará la oportunidad a los alumnos para que puedan desarrollar destrezas y habilidades en dicha carrera.	es_ES
