dc.description	Violence against women constitutes a public health problem and a violation of human rights. That is why it is persevered that the radio stations of the Empalme canton produce programs with themes that contribute to the community, one of the main cases is to eradicate gender violence; aggressions against women occur daily, cases of femicide have grown according to statistics in this period, social communicators can contribute positively since the content they broadcast influences the listeners tuning to the radio stations. This type of violence against the female sex crosses borders and can be manifested in any social environment, intimidation can not only be physically but also of a psychological, manipulative nature where the victim is an easy victim of the victimizer and has to continue suffering this type of difficulties, but what leads to a woman having to endure this atmosphere of violence? Unfortunately, our culture and, above all, the Latin culture, machismo is fostered where we have evolved in a technological but not intellectual way, it is not uncommon to hear mothers or fathers say “For a reason it is a man” what affects the human being to act with violence versus another when it does not meet your desired expectations. The production of the prevention program against women will seek support from public and private organizations that support this cause, a report will also be presented to the brands seeking sponsors, the objective of the radio program is to help those who are victims and who do not They know what to do	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La violencia contra la mujer constituye un problema de salud pública y una violación de los derechos humanos. Es por ello que se persevera a que las radios del cantón el Empalme produzcan programas con temas que contribuyan a la comunidad, uno de los principales casos es erradicar la violencia de género; las agresiones contra la mujer se dan a diario, los casos de feminicidio han crecido según las estadísticas en este periodo, los comunicadores sociales pueden contribuir de forma positiva ya que el contenido que emiten influye en los oyentes que sintonizan las estaciones radiales. Este tipo de violencia contra el sexo femenino traspasa fronteras y se puede manifestar en cualquier ambiente social, la intimidación no solo puede ser de forma física si no de carácter psicológico, manipulativo donde la víctima es presa fácil del victimario y tiene que seguir padeciendo este tipo de dificultades, pero ¿Que lleva a que una mujer tenga que soportar este ambiente de violencia? Lamentablemente nuestra cultura y sobre todo la cultura latina se fomenta el machismo donde hemos evolucionado de forma tecnológica pero no intelectual, no es raro escuchar a las madres o padres decir “Por algo es hombre” lo que incide en el ser humano a actuar con violencia frente a otro cuando no cumple sus expectativas deseadas. La producción del programa de prevención en contra del género femenino buscara apoyo por parte de organismo públicos y privados que apoyan esta causa, también se presentara un informe a las marcas buscando auspiciantes, el objetivo del programa radial es ayudar a quienes son víctimas y que no saben qué hacer	es_ES
